The set of 3 large LOYAL bowl scrapers and levellers are perfect for a variety of applications! Whether you’re looking to scrape out a bowl, level ganache, spread butter cream or to create designs we have a scraper for you.

This range of polypropylene scrapes are suitable for all food contact applications. Strong, dishwasher safe and may be streilized with boiling water. These scrapers are unaffected by fats and oils normally encountered in cooking. Also resistant to detergent products

• LS37053 - Trapezium Cream Scraper: 220x130mm
• LS37193 - Large Bowl Cream Scraper: 200x150mm 
• LS37373 - Medium Bowl Cream Scraper: 160x120mm 

Note: This plastic scraper is not flat due to the nature of the material it is made with. It does not affect the performance of the product, as the product needs to be slightly flexible for its intended use.
