Shipping policy

LOYAL Bakeware uses a general freight company that specialises in Bulk freight. Therefore we do have a higher minimum surcharge for Metro locations across Australia. Outside of Metro locations, will incur a freight surcharge. All freight will be quoted upon receiving your order. 

FIS (Free Into Store) will only apply to customers that are approved by a LOYAL representative and delivery is within the Metro locations across Australia only. This may exclude Tasmania, NT and other offshore islands.

All deliveries are sent with consignment numbers for tracking purposes. Business address customers must provide accepted delivery times.

For Home business customers, it is a condition of your account that all deliveries are marked ‘Authority to Leave’. Please advise if you have particular delivery instructions when placing your order. LOYAL Bakeware will not be liable for re-delivery fees, lost/stolen orders or storage charges. If applicable, these fees will be passed onto the customer.
