Proofing Basket Liner Long (27x12cm)

A proofing basket liner is used to eliminate the coiled design of the basket on the bread and prevents the dough from sticking to the banneton, aiding with release. After use, remove the liner from the basket, brush off excess flour and allow to dry completely before using again
