Martellato Acetate Sheet (50pcs)

Martellato acetate sheets come in a pack of 50 with each sheet measuring 60 x 40cm. These sheets are then able to be cut to size and have the flexibility to bend and mould. The acetate peels away from all surfaces smoothly and when using chocolate it leaves a natural sheen.

They are excellent for all chocolate work such as bows and bands. You can even ganache a cake using the lid method!

Sheets are a completely food safe and are reusable if required.
