DRIVING FORCE GUITAR LARGE

Also known as a confectionery cutter, the Martellato Driving Force Guitar uses a manual driving force system. The plate moves forward, pushing frozen desserts such as cremino, chocolate pralines, semifreddos and many others.
The Martellato Driving Force Guitar is perfect for portioning and cutting desserts. Easy to clean with removable wires and frame – just wash down with a high pressured tap.
(We suggest not using this machine for soft products).
